Tip 13: How to prolong the fat burning effects of caffeine.
The increased lipolysis (fat burning) that occurs with caffeine is well documented. If you add a concentrated source of green tea with your caffeine stack, it potentiates its effects and increases the amount of time it burns body fat. That is because the epigallocatechin content of concentrated green blocks the action of the enzyme responsible for breaking down norepinephrine. The more epinephrine, the greater the fat burning.
