Eat Plenty of Probiotic Foods To Lose Belly Fat & Lower Cortisol

Eat plenty of probiotic foods like yogurt, sauerkraut, and Korean kim chi to lose belly fat and lower cortisol levels. There’s an abundance of new research on the benefits of these healthy bacteria for better performance and body composition.

Two new studies have shown that taking a probiotic will allow you to significantly lose belly fat. In the first study, taking a probiotic when eating a high-fat diet resulted in no increase in belly fat, whereas a placebo group did gain belly fat.
 
The second study showed that probiotic supplementation decreased metabolic disease risk factors and resulted in greater glucose uptake and better insulin health.
 
Managing insulin is critical for health and leanness because the role of insulin is to get glucose into your cells so it can be used for energy or stored as fat. If the cells become insulin resistant due to too much glucose, you’ll have excess insulin hanging around in the blood, which will elevate cortisol.
 
High cortisol levels lead to belly fat gain and cause inflammation, accelerating aging in organs such as the brain and heart. Probiotics can help because they decrease the cortisol response due to external stress.
 
These healthy bacteria are able to eliminate bad pathogens in the gut and minimizing inflammatory biomarkers that influence neuromuscular function.

 The result is that people feel less anxiety and have a better mood due to a healthy gut.
 
Get probiotics from fermented foods such as yogurt, kefir, Indian Lassi, sauerkraut, and kim chi. Add them as condiments to every meal.
